Their frequent travels to Japan for holidays led them to bring back numerous items for friends and family. What started as a casual hobby of importing these treasures quickly grew into a full-fledged business.

Chris and Xuan decided to turn their passion into a business, allowing them to travel frequently between Japan and Australia. Last year, they took a significant step by leasing a small warehouse in Kyoto. This warehouse serves as the hub for their operations, enabling them to source and import a wide range of Japanese domestic products, especially car parts, making these unique items more accessible to Australian customers.

Since their journey began in November 2023, Chris and Xuan have seen remarkable growth. They have garnered over 1,000 followers on Instagram, outgrown their initial warehouse, and moved to a larger facility in Osaka to meet increasing demand. Every day, they are approached by new customers with import requests, and they have cultivated a vibrant community of Japanese product enthusiasts.
